Learning design · Knowledge architecture · AI-powered, human-led enablement
Hi, I'm Susan
I'm a professional untangler. As a GTM enablement and knowledge leader, I build onboarding programs, knowledge systems, and practical AI workflows that make complicated, messy things easier for global teams to understand and use.
